Event starts at 12:00PM (Store opens at 11:00AM)

The event format will be a Casual Level of Swiss Rounds best of 1.

The number of rounds will be determined by the number of participants. Rounds will be 25 minutes each.

There will be a 5 minute break between each round.

Top 8 cut – Best of 1, 25 minute rounds

Prizing: promo cards for participation and placement gift card prizing based on attendance

Refund Policy

No Refunds will be available within 48 hours of the date of the event.

If Prior to 48 Hours of the event date

o Contact the specific location the event is being held to let them know the intention to withdraw from the event.

o Send an email to [email protected] with your name and order number stating the intent to withdraw from the event and request a refund.

o Your Refund will not be processed until an email has been received.

If Post 48 hours of the event date

o Contact the specific location the event is being held to let them know the intention to withdraw from the event.

o Send an email to [email protected] with your name and order number stating the intent to withdraw from the event and request a refund.

o No spots on the Wishlist will be notified of any openings until the email notification to withdraw has been received.

The Wishlist

o Gongaii Games does not have a Waitlist for events.

o Add the event to your Wishlist via gongaii.com.

o Once a spot has been made available, notifications will go out to all on the Wishlist and it will be first come at that point.

Walk-Ins

o Folks are welcome to arrive day of the event and wait to see if there are any no shows.
